As the Worship Arts Pastor, you will lead the church in creating environments where people encounter God through worship, creativity, and excellence. This role focuses on planning and leading worship gatherings, developing volunteer teams, and overseeing all aspects of production, from audio and lighting to livestream and media. You’ll work closely with pastors and staff to align worship with the mission, while cultivating a culture that values both spiritual depth and technical excellence.
