As the Director of Student Ministry, you will lead the church in creating environments where students in grades 6–12 can belong, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and become lifelong followers of Jesus. This role focuses on developing gospel-centered student ministry through Sunday morning programming, Wednesday night gatherings, small groups, retreats, camps, service opportunities, and discipleship. You’ll work closely with parents, volunteers, and church staff to help students know Jesus deeply, live out their faith boldly, and contribute to a thriving NextGen culture at Westbrook.

As the Worship Arts Pastor, you will lead the church in creating environments where people encounter God through worship, creativity, and excellence. This role focuses on planning and leading worship gatherings, developing volunteer teams, and overseeing all aspects of production, from audio and lighting to livestream and media. You’ll work closely with pastors and staff to align worship with the mission, while cultivating a culture that values both spiritual depth and technical excellence.
