The leaves have turned, there’s a chill in the air, and fall has arrived. Westbrook hosts our Trunk-or-Treat outreach event in October, inviting families from our communities to join us for some fun, games, and of course treats. This year is no exception, as we are now able to host this event at our own building. This means we can hold an even bigger event. This year’s Trunk-or-Treat will be on October 31st, but no worries, you can still make it home in time for trick-or-treating in your neighborhood. Trunk-or-Treat will begin at 2:00pm, with the event wrapping up at 4:00pm. Join us for the fun and be sure to invite your neighbors and friends!
This year we are planning to expand our event with Trunk-or-Treating, bonfire and smore’s, games, bounce house, face painting, pumpkin decorating, games, and hay rides (weather permitting). If you’re chilled, we also invite you into the building to warm up with a cup of hot cocoa.
Of course, to have a successful event, we are going to need some help from volunteers. You can help by volunteering in any of the following ways:

Set up or tear down of the event.
Help with games.
We are excited to see all the fun and creative trunk decorating ideas. We will have all those attending vote for their favorite decorated trunk, and award prizes to the top 3 decorators. Don’t miss out on this chance to have fun, be creative, and help to make this our best Trunk-or-Treat yet!
