Grounded

We are a group of families with children who want to encourage each other as we share the many joys and challenges of raising kids, while remaining grounded and growing in Christ.

We meet about twice a month on Sunday afternoons from 3:30-5 pm as schedules allow, rotating between gathering at three families’ homes, and meet less frequently during the summer. Kids range in age from infant to middle school, and they all play as the parents (attempt at times) to do a Bible study. Currently, our study includes an Alpha video lesson followed by discussion. We also check in with each family during the group, catch up and share the ups and downs and pray for these things together.

We do not require any prep-work, although there is additional material you can dive into deeper on your own if you’d like. It’s a beautiful chaos at times, which we welcome. It’s a very flexible group – come when you can and no need to wait for the beginning of a series to join, you can jump in at anytime.
